Return & Refund Policy – ClothCult

At ClothCult, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partner. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or replacements only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective prints

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Incorrect size sent by us

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video/photos

  • Images showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Since all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues caused by incorrect size selection

  • Slight color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Minor placement variations in print

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen logistics delays.
