All our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, sales, festivals, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days across India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational delays beyond our control

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected prepaid orders or promotional offers.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS using the contact details provided during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected pin codes and orders.

ClothCult reserves the right to limit or reject COD orders in certain cases.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, ClothCult is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of lost shipments, customers may contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
